Square One Bergamot (Orange) Vodka

Pomegranate Pearl:
1.5 oz Square One Bergamot Vodka (made in Idaho)
1 oz pomegranate juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz agave nectar or simple syrup
 
Combine all in a mixing tin with ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a lime twist for a garnish.

 
Square One Basil Vodka

Ginger Garden:
1.5 oz. Square One Basil (made in Idaho)
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz. agave nectar or simple syrup
Half a barspoon of chopped fresh ginger
 
Combine all in a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a Thai basil leaf.
