The first time someone sees the street sign with the name “Chicken Dinner Rd.” on it, it leaves an impression. The same thing happens when tasting wines from Huston Vineyards, including their Chicken Dinner Rd. labels. This is an Idaho fav, and you’ll also find these wines at local restaurants.

Scoria Vineyards

Scoria has a quaint tasting room that reflects the design and creation of their wine. Lava rock being a key component. Although it is a newer winery, word is getting out and their rosé is to die for.
Kerry Hill

Besides having great wine, this winery also has Kerry Hill sheep. It is truly charming. The landscaping is beautiful and offers tons of outdoor areas to walk or sit and sip wine. On the weekends, live music is often playing.
St. Chapelle Winery

It has grown to become the largest winery in Idaho and a hometown favorite! Plus, St. Chapelle offers a jazz concert series every summer. Nothing says summer like an outdoor concert!

Square One Bergamot (Orange) Vodka

Pomegranate Pearl:
1.5 oz Square One Bergamot Vodka (made in Idaho)
1 oz pomegranate juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz agave nectar or simple syrup
Combine all in a mixing tin with ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a lime twist for a garnish.

Square One Basil Vodka

Ginger Garden:
1.5 oz. Square One Basil (made in Idaho)
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz. agave nectar or simple syrup
Half a barspoon of chopped fresh ginger
Combine all in a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a Thai basil leaf.
