The Bourbon Cellar

Or spring for a cheese board with honey thyme goat cheese to pair with one of their wines or spirits. And make sure to bring your pooch to this dog-friendly spot. 

Fate Brewing Company

Fate Brewing Company started with 14 barrels of fermentation space in 2012. Fast forward, and they’ve grown into a second location with 180 barrels but the original in North Scottsdale is still a great local brewpub. While the menu has all the great pub grub, try one of their pizzas (Grape Escape with roasted grapes, anyone?) with one of their award-winning brews.

The Vig McDowell Mountain

An "upscale neighborhood tavern," The Vig provides outstanding views of the neighboring McDowell Sonoran Preserve with food that keeps you and your friends lingering for long conversations by cozy fire pits.
