This man-made lake was created to ease flooding problems. The 50-acre detention lake allows boating but no swimming. One of the main highlights of Lake Arlington is best enjoyed along the paved path to walk, run, rollerblade, scooter, or bike. The 2-mile loop around the Lake is quite picturesque, so take time to enjoy your walk.
