Old Mason Winery & Vineyard
4199 Iddings Rd., West Milton

Family owned and operated since 2013, Old Mason Winery started out as a hobby for these masonry experts and took off after the locals just couldn’t get enough! Razz, Summer Lovin, and Statesman are good wines to try or grab a flight and see what you like. The ambience couldn’t be more serene out on the patio but they have a large in-door tasting room if you like a roof over your head and often feature live music. They open at noon everyday except Sundays they are closed.

Olde Schoolhouse Vineyard & Winery

Situated inside an old restored 1890’s schoolhouse, the locals can’t get enough of this scenic winery. They feature a wide array of wines from Chardonnay to Cabernet Franc. For something fun and a little sweeter, try their Pinkalicious. They offer live music or events on most weekends and are known to have a local food truck offering dinner. Doors open at 1pm Wednesday through Saturday, closing at various times.

Crooked Handle Brewing Co.
123 N. Main St., Piqua

Originating in Springboro, Crooked Handle opened their doors here in the Upper Miami Valley nearing the end of the Pandemic. They got their start as a garage brewery and quickly grew to be loved by our locals. They offer a wide range of craft beers and domestics as well as some delicious grub. Events are a regular, check out their website for more info, and visit them Monday through Saturday starting at 11:30am.

This unique brewery is not only brewing small batch craft beer but kombucha as well. Their menu is ever changing and featuring specials of the season. On warm days sit out on the patio and admire their outdoor garden full of native and edible plants. Their hours vary and would be best to check out their Facebook page before visiting.

The Hairless Hare Brewery
738 W. National Rd., Vandalia

An in-town brewery with that country barn feel, The Hairless Hare is brewing up a wide range of beers right on site. Try their American Ale for a light brew or the Cold War Imperial Stout for something dark and rich. Smoked Wings and the Smoked Salmon Pizza are some of the top items on their menu. For desert try their Cinnamon Roll Pastry Stout out on the patio. Open 4-10pm Wednesday through Friday and 2-10pm on Saturday.

Hayner Distilling

Winning awards all over the nation, Hayner Distilling reopened their doors just a few years ago after the 1920 National Prohibition Act put them out of business. 100 years later and a passion to resurrect the formally famous whisky blend, Hayner is breaking records and producing spirit blends coveted by our locals. Today they have a wide variety of whiskey/bourbon, rye, gin, and vodkas. Check out their small shop Thursdays and Fridays 12-5pm and Saturday 12-3pm.
