Devin Pappas is the publisher of Harbor Bluffs Living and BeLocal Greater Clearwater, which provide pertinent informative information to a diverse readership in the greater Clearwater area. Devin’s extensive 30-year career in the corporate realm has given her the experience, structure, skills, and passion for helping business owners build and grow through a unique and proven method.
Since moving to Florida in 2010 from her native Rhode Island, Devin has also developed a deep interest in helping to prevent domestic violence and human trafficking. Initially serving as a volunteer with then RCS in Clearwater as an advocate, and progressing to founding a program at the women’s shelter aimed at teaching survivors how to find, interview for, and maintain a job in today’s market.
