High Third is a Prohibition Era-theme gastropub that features Canadian and American fusion dishes. Stop by the Vendome Bar on the second floor to try one of their colorful signature cocktails.

Off the Vine is a classy downtown wine bar with amazing tapas. The intimate atmosphere feels welcoming and sophisticated all at once; you just might be inclined to stay all night.

Sports on Tap is a sports-lovers dream bar: a TV on every wall and a DJ every weekend. Head there to enjoy March Madness or the World Series, knowing you’ll have the best seat in the house. There’s a dance floor inside, and the new Sports on Top rooftop bar is a great place to enjoy a drink in the sun.

The East End was North Dakota’s first self-serve beer and wine bar. This is the place to go for a great selection of craft beer, cider, and wine — and a small community of regulars waiting to welcome you into the fold.

The Lamplighter is a place to kick back and talk with friends. This laid-back bar has pool tables, blackjack, and drink specials every night.

The Spot Pool Hall serves adult beverages and great evening entertainment, with games like corn hole, darts, and billiards. There’s a reservable room for birthdays, holiday parties, and work events. Don’t miss the classic arcade games!

Atypical Brewery and Barrelworks locally brews sour ales, craft beers, and cream ales. This renovated A-frame building on the edge of downtown has a fairytale quality about it. The outdoor seating is great on a summer night — and dog-friendly! (P.S. Their drink labels are designed by local artists.)

Pointe of View Winery is a local winery and distillery location atop a hill just outside Minot. It may not be Tuscany, but the view overlooking the coulees and valleys around Minot can’t be beat. Keep an eye out for their annual invite to help harvest wine grapes!

Souris River Brewing locally brews IPAs, craft beers, and specialty ales. They also serve food that uses locally sourced ingredients.

Urban Winery is an in-house winemaking operation, meaning visitors make and bottle their wine for themselves, via individual or group classes. Urban Winery also features retail art and wine accessories.
