Pets in the Parks
Don’t leave Fido at home! Dogs get cabin fever in any season, not just wintertime. All Metro Parks have pet-friendly trails for dogs and cats.

Parks with fenced-in dog parks are a great place for your best furry friend to meet and greet other four-footed canines. A few of the dog parks feature agility equipment if you just want a fun, challenging activity to do with your dog. We’ve not mentioned felines, but leashed domestic cats are also welcome on the pet trails.

Breck Community Park
3005 Demorest Rd., Grove City, Ohio 43123
Named in honor of the founder of Grove City, William Foster Breck, this park is a prime destination for dog lovers as it is home to 4 acres of dedicated off-leash dog play areas for large and small canines. The park also features walking and biking paths, a water fountain with pet-bowl function, a retention pond and off-street parking.

Wagtrail Dog Trail
3343 Georgesville-Wrightsville Rd., Grove City, Ohio 43123
A nice 1.6-mile trail cutout from the prairie. There is a nice climb into a wooded section about halfway through.
